Listening to songs

Usually there are only 3 ways that i listen to a song :

A) Skip / Not hearing this

   Last type is the ones that i didn't put in random playlist or i put it in because i once thought it was a good song but when it plays i skip it. It's just there, you probably wouldn't want to hear it because it's already stale or you prefer to hear more recent ones or just better songs. I may still hear it maybe on the radio or something, but if i have an alternative, i would change the channel or press next. These types may come from the songs that i play too much or from my random playlist that i think is already stale or ones that i just don't like.

1 Icona pop - I don't care

2 J.Lo's last 2 songs with Pitbull (On the floor, live it up) and i can tell you that her recent one (Live it up) is also on its way to this category

3 Macklemore - Thrift Shop

... List goes on 

B) Random Playlist
   Whenever i have / update my playlist on my ipad or mp3, most of the time i just play it at random. Mixing between genres and origin, i put on nostalgic songs which are just old or have special memories, everlasting songs, generally the ones that is enjoyable for a long time.

  Hit songs that are just seasonal or suddenly pops out of nowhere usually are not within this category. Sure it is enjoyable at the moment but after some time it will lose touch. For me, after few times listening to a song  i just know that i wanna hear this song again in the long run.

You probably have heard of these songs, you probably haven't .. but it's worth checking. Because there's too many i will put 10 that i can name first .. same artist will be in the same number, which are :
1 Creed - My sacrifice
2 Lady gaga - Poker face
3 Karmin - Brokenhearted
4 Imagine Dragons - Radioactive
5 Maliq and the Essentials - Heaven
6 Ai otsuka - Momo No Hanabira
7 Muse - Starlight
8 SNSD - Telepathy, SNSD - Flyers
9 Icona pop - All night
10 Justin timberlake - Mirrors

C) Over and over and over ... again
    It's the kind of song makes you go "OMG IT'S THAT AWESOME SONG !" until a certain point if you repeat it so many times and you say "uumm ... this again ?". Well not all of them are like that, but you get the point. Usually the types of song that is in hype at the moment, catchy and recent. The ones that you can play more than 3 times in a row and still singing it in your head. I just may move some songs from this category to my random playlist if i'm not bored with it.

Remember in 2011 everybody was doing the shuffle dance from LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem and in 2012 everyone was doing the Gangnam Style by PSY. I am still pumped up when it is playing either on the radio or some other places but not as much as back in the days.

2 Zedd - Find You
Have you seen Divergent (2014 movie), i already knew the song before i saw the movie. At the movie when i heard the song, i was like seal clapping all the way, gasping like an idiot pointing at the screen. That's how much i love this song

3 Bruno Mars - Gorilla
Usually heard it on radio while driving, i like that high pitched note at the end

4 Katy Perry - Unconditionally
I love the part when it's quiet for about 1 sec and then i can just sing "UNCONDITIONAAAAL" loudly. My 8 y/o brother would just scream at the reff even louder than me. Intense shit

I'm going to listen to these catchy songs again ! Yeaa !

New year 2k14

Hey udah ganti tahun ~

Tahun ini ketika detik2 tahun baru gw ada di tempat yg meriah banget .....

... di rumah di depan TV (tv nya yang meriah banget)

    Jadi secara kebetulan hari ini, out of all days it could happen ... bangun pagi gw ternyata gw sakit panas. Perjalanan sulit menuju ke barat untuk gw mengambil kompresan pun dimulai (kulkas). Panasnya jidat gw sampe klo ada jagung ditaro, langsung berubah jadi popcorn

   Pas tadi pergantian tahun, pas banget baru bangun ... fireworks yang kedengeran dari rumah gw sangking kencengnya itu udah kayak seakan-akan gw didalam bunker perlindungan bom ... in a good way though

   Yg gw selalu salut adalah orang2 yg masih semangat kerja ketika pergantian tahun. News reporter, entertainer dan masi banyak profesi lainnya yang justru kerja keras .. even fire works on new year (fireworks, get it ?)

   One last thing, setahun sekali orang2 pasti buat resolution tiap tahun baru, berpikir ini awal yg baru buat berubah. Ada yg bilang klo itu sama aja kayak kita membeli buku baru, dengan 365 halaman yang masih kosong dan siap untuk ditulis

   Gimana klo ada suatu bank dimana kita punya account, bank itu ngasi 86400 dollar setiap harinya, no more no less. Uang nya bisa diambil, kita boleh ambil berapa aja dan besoknya saldonya akan ngereset balik jadi 86400. 

   Apa yang akan kamu lakukan ? 

Pastinya ngambil uangnya dan dimanfaatin semaksimal mungkin dong, ga mungkin mau rugi. Well that is what we should do karena uang itu adalah waktu kita dalam sehari (86400 detik)

    Instead of once a year, truth is ... we get a new start everyday. Ga perlu bikin janji kosong yg pada akhir tahun cuma bisa diliat ga terwujud. Yang lebih parahnya lagi, hal itu ga terwujud bukan karena ga bisa dicapai, tapi karena kurang niat (i've been there a lot). For those chasing their dreams, bangun pagi nanti setiap harinya, cukup inget sama diri sendiri ... do your best to chase your goals and dreams .. you will at the very least be one step closer to it
